Analysis: An MRI taken Friday showed that Britton still has some inflammation in his forearm, though his elbow was deemed structurally sound. The two-time All-Star was activated Tuesday after missing 2 1/2 weeks and pitched a scoreless inning in a pair of appearances. Brad Brach will again take over as Baltimore's closer until Britton returns.

Analysis: Though he's managed to keep his consecutive saves streak ongoing, Britton hasn't been quite as dominant as usual. The standout closer was touched for a run and three hits in the ninth inning of his last appearance April 14, and he's allowed 13 baserunners in seven innings.

Analysis: Britton did make it interesting by allowing a one-out single and a walk and then uncorking a wild pitch to put the tying run on third. He got Kevin Pillar to ground out without advancing the runner, however, before finishing off his fourth save of the young season. Though the standout closer owns a 1.67 WHIP thus far, he's yet to allow a run in six innings.
