CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: A bit of a surprise selection, Doughty is the youngest player to be selected for Team Canada. Doughty drew high praise from executive director Steve Yzerman, who said the 20-year-old is "a more complete player ... a better fit for (Canada)." Taken second overall in the 2008 NHL draft, he had six goals and 21 assists in 81 games and was named to the NHL's all-rookie team. Doughty won a silver medal at the 2009 World Championships, and was named top defenseman while winning gold at the 2008 World Junior Championships.
